THANE:   Mumbra, a suburb of Mumbai, recently got a brand new railway station. However, the absence of escalators or lifts at the station has left commuters unhappy and inconvenienced. According to a report by mid-day on January 28, officials had blamed a land dispute for the delay in constructing the escalators, despite the necessary materials being available.
