People might have to wait longer for new TMT Buses

Citizens of Thane might have to wait for more time for riding the new electric buses by Olectra. Some of the total 31 TMT buses have already arrived in Thane, the rest are yet to arrive.

       However there have been rumours that TMT officials have found some faults in the buses, including faults in engine too, for which the Transport Corporation has asked detailed reports from the bus manufacturers.

           As per original deadline the buses were supposed to be in service by January 2023, but it seems some delay for these buses to start services due to faults.
